2016 marks the 50th anniversary of the University of Calgary.  While its roots date back to the establishment of the Normal School in Calgary in 1905,  the University of Calgary was established in April 1966 when it was granted autonomy. The University of Calgary Archives and Special Collections have catalogued our stories that celebrate our first 50 years.
